Slate Wine Rack 2SWR42

Slate Wine Rack 2SWR42 with capacity for 2 bottles of fine wine. This is a very small wine holder with holes cored in a staggered fashion following the triangular shape of the slate. These cores have been recycled, split down and re used as coasters and are available on the website now. The bases are felted and oil’d to finish. Freestanding Wine Rack consistently grey in colour with a splash of quartz ‘iron pyrite’ running along the length of the angeld top.
This slate has been hand picked from a quarry in North Wales, famous for its mountains and rugged landscape, recently awarded world heritage status by UNESCO. It has then been sawn, drilled and dressed back in the workshop. Slate consists of unique properties which will keep your wine at a consistently cool temperature. It won’t expand and contract like other materials. All you have to do is ensure it’s regularly filled up.
